About Oliey

Who we are

Oliey is a UK online travel agency run by Oliey Ltd. We help people in the UK book flights, hotels, flight and hotel packages, car hire and airport transfers in one place, with every price shown in pounds sterling.

We are a travel agent, not an airline or a hotel. When you book with us, we make the booking on your behalf with the airline, hotel or travel partner that provides the service, and we stay on hand from the moment you search until you are home again.

How we find fares

When you search, we check live prices and availability from the airlines, hotels and booking partners we work with and show you the options side by side. You can compare price, journey time and number of stops, and see what each fare includes, such as checked bags or free cancellation.

The price you see before you pay includes the taxes and charges known at the time, plus any Oliey fee. If a fare changes before your booking is confirmed, we tell you before taking payment.

Some trips, such as complex routes, group travel or tailor-made packages, are better handled by a person. For these, our travel team prepares a quote during business hours and sends it to you to review. Nothing is booked until you accept it.

How our team supports your booking

Every booking is backed by our travel team. They can help you change dates, add bags, correct a name, cancel or chase a refund, and they will contact you if an airline changes your schedule. Where a supplier's rules limit what can be done, we explain those rules plainly and tell you any costs before you agree to them.

You can reach the team by email at contact@oliey.com.

What we value

• Clear prices: the total in pounds, with taxes and fees shown before you pay.
• Honest advice: if a different date, a better connection or a more flexible fare would suit you better, we will say so.
• Real help: a member of our travel team looks at every request that needs a person.
• Care with your data: we only collect what we need to arrange your trip, and we never sell your personal information.
