Accessibility Statement
Oliey Ltd wants everyone to be able to search for and book travel on oliey.com, including people who use assistive technology. This statement covers the oliey.com website.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We are working to make sure that you can:
- complete the whole booking journey using only a keyboard;
- use a screen reader to search, compare results and book;
- zoom in up to 400% without text being cut off;
- read text with good colour contrast;
- understand form errors and how to fix them;
- get a warning and extra time before a session times out.
Known limitations
Some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible: [known accessibility limitations, or a statement that none are currently known]. Some content comes from airlines, hotels and other partners, such as fare rules and hotel descriptions, and may not always meet the same standard.
Reporting a problem or asking for help
If you find something hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email contact@oliey.com. Please tell us the web address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use. If we cannot fix the problem straight away, our travel team can help you complete your booking by email instead.
If you need assistance during your journey, such as wheelchair support at the airport, tell us when you book and we will pass your request to the airline or other supplier.
Keeping this statement up to date
We will check new features against WCAG 2.2 AA as we build them and review this statement at least once a year. This statement was prepared in October 2026.
