Managing Your Booking
Once your booking is confirmed, our travel team can help with most changes. Here is how to find your details and what to expect.
Finding your booking reference
Your Oliey booking reference is near the top of the confirmation email we send after you book. For flights, you will also see the airline booking reference, usually six letters and numbers, which you need to check in and manage seats with the airline. If you booked while signed in, your trips also appear in your account.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder, then contact us with the lead traveller's name, the travel dates and the email address used to book.
Requesting a change
To change dates, times, routes or hotel nights, email contact@oliey.com with your booking reference and the change you would like. We check what the supplier allows and come back to you with the options and the total cost, including any supplier fee, fare difference and our service fee. Nothing changes until you agree and pay any balance. Requests are handled during business hours, so if you travel within the next 48 hours, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
Cancelling
Email us with your booking reference and the travellers who are cancelling. We will confirm what the supplier will refund, if anything, before we cancel. Refunds go back to the card you paid with once the supplier has paid us. If you are not going to use a non-refundable flight, ask us whether any government taxes can be reclaimed.
Name corrections
If a name on your booking does not match the traveller's passport, tell us as soon as possible. Many airlines allow small corrections, such as fixing one or two letters, sometimes for a fee. Transferring a ticket to a different person is usually not allowed. Hotels tend to be more flexible, but the lead guest must still show ID on arrival.
Adding baggage
Your included baggage allowance is shown in your confirmation. To add bags, tell us how many bags each traveller needs on each flight, and we will send you the price. Bags are usually cheaper when added before you travel than at the airport. Many airlines also let you add bags on their own website using the airline reference.
Check-in reminders
Before your flight, we email you a reminder with your flight details and a link to the airline's online check-in. Online check-in usually opens 24 to 48 hours before departure, and some airlines open it earlier. Check-in and boarding passes are handled by the airline, so if a reminder does not arrive, you can still check in directly with them.
Contacting us
Email contact@oliey.com with your booking reference in the subject line. If an airline changes your flight, we will contact you with your options.
