Privacy Policy
Who we are
This policy explains how Oliey Ltd ("Oliey", "we", "us") uses personal data when you visit oliey.com, create an account, set up price alerts or book travel with us. Oliey Ltd is the controller of your personal data. We are a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 16841273, with our registered office at Suite 2707 Northill Apartments, 65 Furness Quay, Salford, England, M50 3DP. For any privacy question, email contact@oliey.com.
Information we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and billing address.
- Traveller details: the names, dates of birth, gender and nationality of everyone on the booking and, where an airline or destination requires it, passport details such as the number, issuing country and expiry date.
- Booking details: searches, itineraries, booking references, seat or meal requests and messages with our travel team.
- Special requirements: information you choose to give us about a disability, medical condition or dietary need so that a supplier can help you.
- Payment details: Stripe processes your payment. We receive confirmation and limited card details, such as the card type and last four digits, but never your full card number.
- Account and alert details: sign-in details, saved travellers and the routes you ask us to watch. If you choose to save travellers, you can review, edit or remove them from your account. Passport numbers in saved travellers and booking passenger records are encrypted at rest. Deleting a saved traveller does not delete records needed for an existing booking.
- Technical information: IP address, browser, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.
If you opt in to remembering guest details on a device, the website stores only names and contact details locally; the apps can also remember dates of birth using secure device storage. Guest details saved this way exclude passport numbers. Use this option only on a device you trust; you can turn it off and clear the remembered details.

| Passing special requirements, such as assistance or dietary needs, to suppliers | Your explicit consent |
| Taking payments and preventing fraud | Performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud |
| Sending service messages, such as confirmations, schedule changes and check-in reminders | Performance of a contract |

If you do not give us the information a supplier needs, we may not be able to complete your booking. Stripe uses automated checks to help prevent fraud; if you think a payment was wrongly declined, contact us and we will look into it.
Who we share it with
- Airlines, hotels, car hire companies, transfer operators and other suppliers, so they can provide your travel services. They use your data under their own privacy policies.
- Booking platforms and technology partners that connect us to those suppliers.
- Stripe, our payment processor, to take payments and prevent fraud.
- Microsoft, through Microsoft 365, which we use for email and business documents.
- Website hosting and IT providers acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, and government bodies, regulators or law enforcement where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
If you fly with an airline based outside the UK or stay in a hotel abroad, your details will be sent to that supplier in its own country, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to the UK's. These transfers are necessary to perform the contract you have asked us to arrange. Stripe and Microsoft may also process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us if you would like details.
How long we keep it
- Booking and payment records: six years after the end of the financial year in which you travelled, to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
- Passport details: deleted from our booking records within 90 days of your return date, unless we need them to resolve an open issue.
- Account details: while your account is open. If you close it, we delete your account data but keep booking records as described above.
- Price alerts and email preferences: until you unsubscribe or delete the alert.
- Messages with our team and complaints: three years after the matter is closed.

Cookies

Keeping your data secure
We use encrypted connections, access controls and established service providers to protect your data, and only people who need your information to support your booking can see it.
