Delete your Oliey account and data

You can request deletion of your Oliey account and associated data using either option below. You do not need to keep the app installed to make a request.

In the Oliey app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Account and choose Delete account.
3. Read what happens, tick the confirmation and choose Delete my account. Confirm deletion when asked.

Request deletion by email

Email contact@oliey.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject Oliey account and data deletion. Tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted.

If you cannot access that email address, tell us in your request. We will need to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it. Do not send your password, payment card details or passport copy by email.

You can use the same address to request deletion of other personal data, including information provided without creating an account. Describe the data or service involved so we can identify the records and explain any information we need to retain.

What account deletion removes

In-app deletion removes your saved traveller profiles, clears your account name, phone number and password, anonymises the account email address, and revokes your account sign-in tokens. Linked sign-in identities are removed and account marketing consent is turned off.

If you chose to remember traveller details on your Android device as a guest, you can remove those local details separately: open Account and choose Forget remembered travellers. Deleting your online account does not promise to erase data from other devices.

Booking records and other retained information

Deleting an account does not cancel a booking or request a refund. Existing bookings remain valid. Booking, traveller and payment records needed for the booking, accounting or legal obligations are retained separately from the deleted account. You can still request access to your booking using its reference and your original booking email address.

Where information must be retained for a legal obligation, security or fraud prevention, we will explain the applicable limitation when handling your data request. Deleting your Oliey account does not automatically delete records held by airlines, other travel suppliers or payment providers for their own obligations.
