Price Drop Refund terms

1. Price Drop Refund is free. It is available on flight-only bookings made on oliey.com or in the Oliey app when you switch it on while booking, and it is a benefit for Oliey Prime members.
2. From when your booking is confirmed until your first flight departs, we check the price of the same flights about once a day: the same flight numbers, departure times, cabin and number of travellers with the same airline, on the same fare type (fare brand) with at least the same baggage and the same or better refund and change terms. Checks can sometimes be delayed, for example when our flight suppliers limit searches; a drop counts only when one of our checks recorded it.
3. We compare the flight price you paid, before booking fees, extra bags, split-payment fees, Prime savings and promo codes, with the lowest price we record. Drops smaller than £2 are not counted.
4. After your first flight departs, if the price dropped, we email the person who made the booking a voucher worth the biggest drop we recorded, in GBP, but never more than you paid for the flights after promo codes, vouchers and Prime savings. The voucher is a single-use promo code for any Oliey booking and is valid for 12 months. It has no cash value, and any part not used on that booking is not kept.
5. There is no voucher if the booking is cancelled or refunded, or if it was not confirmed and paid before departure.
6. We may change or stop offering Price Drop Refund on new bookings. Bookings that already have it keep these terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
