Prime membership terms
30 days free for first-time members, then a 12-month contract at £9.99 per month (£119.88 per paid year). Renews automatically for another 12 months. Cancel during the trial or switch off the next annual renewal without a fee. Ending a paid term early costs the remaining contract payments less a 20% discount. Cooling-off and other statutory cancellation rights apply without an early-exit fee.
Your trial and payments
First-time members receive a 30-day free trial. Stripe collects your card for future membership payments. Your first membership charge is shown in checkout. Unless you cancel during the trial, the paid contract starts when the trial ends and lasts 12 months: 12 monthly payments of £9.99, totalling £119.88. After that it renews for another 12-month term at the same agreed rate. We will not increase your agreed price during a paid term.
Membership payments are separate from travel bookings. A saved card does not reserve funds or confirm any flight, room or rental.
Member prices and travel bookings
Prime prices apply while your membership is active and you are signed in. The additional 35% discount is calculated from the current Prime fare and is already included in the displayed member price. Optional extras are excluded. Availability and savings vary. Travel requests require manual availability and payment review; a request is confirmed only when Oliey provides the supplier confirmation. Membership does not guarantee an airline, route, fare or supplier availability.
Stop the next annual renewal for free
You can switch off the next annual renewal in Manage Prime at any time before the renewal date. There is no fee for doing so. Monthly payments and membership continue to the end of your current paid 12-month term. During the free trial you can cancel without a membership payment or early-exit fee.
End a paid term early
If you choose to leave during a paid term outside a cooling-off period, the early-exit charge is the remaining contract payments with a 20% discount applied. For example, six remaining £9.99 payments total £59.94; after the 20% discount the charge is £47.95. The exact fee is shown before you agree to pay. It replaces future instalments for the rest of the term, rather than being added to them. We do not charge an early-exit fee merely because you switch off the next annual renewal.
No early-exit fee applies when you exercise a statutory right to cancel, including where our breach gives you a right to end the contract. Any fee must be proportionate to Oliey's recoverable loss; contact contact@oliey.com if it should be reduced or waived. Your legal rights are unaffected.
Cooling-off and refunds
You may cancel at any time during your free trial. We also allow fee-free cancellation during the first 14 days of the first paid term and each annual renewal. Any refund due will be processed to the original payment method. Your account will show whether a refund is confirmed or still processing. If the service is not provided as agreed, contact us for cancellation or another remedy available under your legal rights.
Reminders and your copy
We send a reminder before the trial ends and before your annual term renews. Your account shows the contract end date and cancellation options. You receive the accepted membership terms in your confirmation email and can keep or print them from your account.
